IMPORTANT – This toilet seat comes sealed inside a clear plastic bag. If the seat is removed or the seal is broken, it cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes, please check the size carefully.

Please examine all goods on delivery. Damaged of faulty goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims for damaged goods can not be accepted once the goods have been installed or used.
